Cuenca is a nice little city, with neatly tiled streets and orange roofs. I even went running today, for the first time in months (and got lost doing so.) I read that getting from the Guayaquil airport to Cuenca was an easy matter of walking to the nearby bus terminal and buying a ticket. This is mostly true, but far from clear on the spot.
